Oonagh McKinney – Senior Partner, Commercial Property Solicitor

Oonagh joined Frettens as a Partner in 2007 and became a Senior Partner in July 2025. She leads the Commercial Property team, advising a broad range of clients including developers, banks, care homes, retailers, and leisure operators. Oonagh is widely recognised for her expertise in landlord and tenant matters, with clients ranging from SMEs to AFC Bournemouth. She is also a specialist in social housing, acting for providers on transactions across the UK, from short-term arrangements to multi-million-pound portfolios.

Nathan Andrews – Associate (Non-Solicitor) & Head of HR Services

Nathan joined Frettens in July 2024 as Head of HR Services and was promoted to Associate (Non-Solicitor) in July 2025. A former HR Director, and current Trustee Director and Chair of the People Committee at Lewis Manning Trust, Nathan brings over 20 years of experience across a range of sectors including the NHS, professional services, retail, manufacturing, and social care. Prior to joining Frettens, he ran his own consultancy specialising in complex employment investigations and workplace mediation. Nathan is CIPD Level 7 qualified and is known for his practical, commercially focused approach to HR case management, employee relations, and change implementation.
