Philippa Robinson – Director, Corporate Finance
Philippa is an experienced and well respected lead adviser with a wide and loyal network. She enjoys working with small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as their trusted adviser and has worked on a large variety of transactions including fundraising, sale mandates and management buyouts. She has also undertaken a number of more diversified roles within these types of businesses. Her particular skills of really getting under the skin of these businesses, understanding the issues that they face and the particular drivers of entrepreneurs, enable her to add value to SMEs at all stages and in both their growth periods and more challenging times.
Philippa is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having qualified with KPMG. Post-qualification she was a member of the corporate tax team until she realised her skills were more suited to the corporate finance field, where she has worked ever since.
She has spent time at advisory boutiques, been a partner in a top twenty accountancy firm, led the private company teams at city brokers and more recently set up her own firm. Missing being part of a wider team she has now joined Quantuma.
Philippa’s hobbies include all types of yoga and both cycling and shooting which she enjoys doing with her two children.
